Reserving your retired work equipment
You can reserve your retired IT Hardware if you would like to use it for personal purposes. This is a service AfB offers in cooperation with your employers. Please note, that reservations are only possible if your employer has generally approved of this process and the procedure has been agreed upon.
This is how it's done
1. Personal and Hardware information
Please enter your personal information and information about the hardware intended for reservation into the form below.
2. Reservation note
When finished, click on "Submit reservation“ and you will receive a reservation note by e-mail. Print this note out and attach it to the back of your hardware, before it gets picked up.
3. Offer
AfB organization will inspect the device upon receipt and send you a non-binding offer by e-mail, you can accept this offer within four weeks.
