T-Systems Slovakia s.r.o. has become our partner

T-Systems Slovakia s.r.o. is already well known in Slovakia for its Corporate Responsibility (CSR). This is demonstrated by a wide range of their activities - organizing events, supporting non-profit organizations as well as by its grant program - which aims to improve our society. The process to find new ways to make a positive impact on the society, led both our companies to join forces.

We are therefore pleased to inform you, that we have signed an Agreement on Cooperation on the 12.02.2020. With this step, T-Systems Slovakia s.r.o. has decided to promote the employment of people with disabilities, reduce its carbon footprint and to conserve natural resources by providing its retired IT equipment. After its cleaning and refurbishment by our company, these products will be remarketed or used for charitable purposes.

"It is probably not a big surprise that for T-Systems Slovakia as an IT company, the laptop is the main working tool. With almost 4,000 employees, we renew a large number of our" tools "every year. Personally, I am very happy, that we have, for almost five years, brought our discarded laptops back to life by donating them as equipment to schools, kindergartens, universities, hospices, hospital wards or non-profit organizations and through them, to people in need. In total, we have already helped more than 50 institutions and contributed to the creation of about 20 computer classrooms. In this way, too, T-Systems is a part of local communities, and this is how we, as a company, want to thank the support we have received from the region and the people in the region for 14 years," said Martin Džbor, Lead of Strategy Development Chapter at T-Systems Slovakia.

Who is T-systems Slovakia s.r.o. ?

Over the past decade, T-Systems Slovakia has grown into the second largest IT company in Slovakia and the second largest employer in the east of the country. It deals with outsourcing of information and communication solutions for international clients. It belongs to the Deutsche Telekom AG group and has been operating on the Slovak market since 2006. Among its many CSR activities are, for example, the Our City volunteer event, financial support for non-profit organizations, organization of material collections, participation in the #GivingTuesday event and others.
