Trnava – City for everyone

A new follow-up event to the Dvor nádeje (Court of Hope) as part of the Dni zdravia (Health Days) brings people with disabilities closer to a healthy society. It took place on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 in Trinity Square and Nádvorie (an official name of a cultural center in Trnava).

Through the event, the city wants to raise awareness of the lives of people with disabilities, to present social services and NGOs that work with people with disabilities. In this way, they will explain to the public what it is like to be disadvantaged in order to support the inclusion of citizens with disabilities and break down prejudices.

We, AfB Slovakia, were also part of this event, for which we are very happy and we believe that we will participate with the city of Trnava in organizing other similar events.
